Basic Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe

  • Mix all the ingredients with water in a large kettle
  • Heat and boil them until all ingredients are tender (approximately 90 minutes)
  • Put the tomatoes and seasonings afterwards
  • Stir well
Note
  • Strictly no bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages
  • not even diet soda should be consumed
  • Soy bars can be lifesaver - it is OK
  • Consume at least 8 glasses of water everyday !
Steps to Follow
  • Day 1: Consume the soup as much as you want, eat only fruits, except banana (no banana), and drink tea and water
  • Day 2: Only vegetables and soups allowed, no fruits. Eat 1 baked potato during night time
  • Day 3: Only vegetables, fruits and soup. Nothing else
  • Day 4: Only (3)bananas and cabbage soup
  • Day 5: Eat 300 - 500 grams of beef and cabbage soup
  • Day 6: Still the same with day 5
  • Day 7: Brown bread, cabbage soup and fruits

Ingredients

  • 6 large green onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 cans of tomatoes (diced)
  • 3 to 4 Carrots
  • 10 oz Mushrooms
  • 1 cup of celery
  • half a head of cabbage
  • 1 package Lipton soup mix
  • Salt (iodize)
  • oregano
  • pepper
