Basic Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients with water in a large kettle
- Heat and boil them until all ingredients are tender
(approximately 90 minutes)
- Put the tomatoes and seasonings afterwards
- Stir well
Note
- Strictly no bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages
- not even diet soda should be consumed
- Soy bars can be lifesaver - it is OK
- Consume at least 8 glasses of water everyday !
Steps to Follow
- Day 1: Consume the soup as much as you want, eat only fruits,
except banana (no banana), and drink tea and water
- Day 2: Only vegetables and soups allowed, no fruits.
Eat 1 baked potato during night time
- Day 3: Only vegetables, fruits and soup. Nothing else
- Day 4: Only (3)bananas and cabbage soup
- Day 5: Eat 300 - 500 grams of beef and cabbage soup
- Day 6: Still the same with day 5
- Day 7: Brown bread, cabbage soup and fruits

- 6 large green onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 cans of tomatoes (diced)
- 3 to 4 Carrots
- 10 oz Mushrooms
- 1 cup of celery
- half a head of cabbage
- 1 package Lipton soup mix
- Salt (iodize)
- oregano
- pepper
