As of February, 2009.  Celestron NexRemote driver will work will 32-bit Windows Vista version with out any issue at all. However; it will not work or will not run with any Windows 64-bit Vista version.

The said installer that comes with the Product (in the box) will not run but the application itself has no problem at all.

Steps to Follow

• insert the CD into the CDROM Drive
• make sure that the CD does not Auto RUN, if so close this window
• click on My Computer
• high light or select the CDROM drive where you have inserted the CD
• right click on the application "NexRemote Install"
  • select property from the pop-up window list
  • select Compatibility tab
  • put a check mark on the Compatibility mode
  • click OK
• double click the said application, to execute it

This will now install the required Software and Driver on your computer.
