Almost Similar
There are many Night Vision Rifle Scope out in the market today and
some of them are being distributed world wide. These products are
mostly similar in terms of performance, range and quality as well.
Today; i took two(2) products of similar class and structure, one a
well known brand and the other from a company in China (not sure IF
you'v heard of them below; Ronger Optics) and these are their specs.

- both are ruggedly build and can operate under weather conditions
above normal either hot or cold
- Morovison offers recoil stops up to 50 caliber, which is a
real heavy caliber compared to the ROE D-480 from China; but
D-480 does offer a longer effective range
- I do believe that, a D-480 has a higher chance of being able to
ship to countries like the Middle East with less problems with
paper work, which include the Generation 3 version of this
night vision rifle scope, with a much better effective range
