Healthy Hamburger

  • Place egg substitute, milk, sugar, nutmeg and allspice in a large mixing bowl and whisk until frothy
  • Add vanilla and rum extracts (or liquor) and whisk again
  • Gently fold in well-thawed Cool Whip until fully blended
  • Chill well. Makes 12 6-oz. servings with 165 calories and 3 grams fat

Ingredients

  • 1 pt (16 oz.) egg substitute; thawed
  • 1 qt Skim milk
  • 1 c Granulated sugar
  • 1 ts Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 ts Ground allspice
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1 tb Rum extract (or 1 cup dark rum or bourbon)
  • 1 Container (12 oz) Cool Whip lite
